Our Admissions Processor will play an essential role in ensuring that the Offices of Admission continue to effectively and efficiently manage admissions processing.   Responsibilities include the daily data-entry and processing of graduate admission applications, and all supporting materials, including data download, data entry, data verification, routine maintenance, and managing various tasks of the data entry department.  Our selected candidate will also manage the missing documents process, manage standardized test score processing, and participate in residency review and determination.  Duties include:

Perform electronic application processing, including data download, data entry, data verification, routine maintenance, and perform various tasks of the data entry department.

Perform missing requirements processing through the integration of Campus Solutions and ImageNow imaging system.

Perform standardized test score processing, including batch and individual data entry and data verification.

Review residency and communicate with applicants regarding any residency errors on applications or associated materials.

Perform quality assurance regularly during application cycles to ensure data integrity.   Ensure accuracy of data by comparing against source documents.  Perform business process testing during regular test cycles and after enhancements and modifications to the system.

Identify errors and follow specific procedures to correct the applicant’s record, and inform appropriate internal staff.   Maintain plan and term tables on the electronic application and the online request for information form.

Oversee Federal College Work Study student assistant.   Maintain detailed records of work completed.  Other related duties as assigned by the AVP of Admission.

Respond to routine inquiries and resolve routine problems, including data, process, or hardware/software related.

Required Minimum Qualifications for Education and Experience

Education: High School diploma, or GED required
Experience:   Two years of clerical, administrative, or data entry/managing/coordinating experience required.  Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, a student information system or similar database, and imaging software.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  High-level, customer service focus.  Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree

1. Current and Prior Employment/Work Experience:

•Enter employment information relevant to your position of interest.
•You can use the first day of the month wherever dates are required.
•After you enter your work experience, click “Save,” then click “Next.”

2. Education/Education History and References:

•Use the dropdown to enter your highest education level.  Entering this information is required.
•Then, only college and university information is required. Click the plus sign to the left of the “Postsecondary Education” link to enter that information.
•For country, enter USA or click the hourglass to select another country.
•You can use the first day of the month wherever dates are required.
•Click the plus sign to the left of "References" to enter two professional references.
•After you enter your education information and references, click “Save,” then click “Next.”

3. How did you find out about us/how did you find out about the job?

•After you enter this information, click “Save,” then click “Next.”

4. Online Questionnaire/Application Questionnaire: Answer the questions requiring a yes or no response. After you answer them, click “Submit.” This leads you to the Submit Online Application page.


To apply for your selected job: When you reach the “Submit Online Application” page shown below, you must click “I agree to these terms” and then click the “Submit” button at the end of the screen. After you click “Submit,” then you will see this information at the top of your screen:
