Don't miss U.S. Sen. Paul S. Sarbanes, who represented Maryland in Congress for 35 years until 2006, as he discusses the U.S. Constitution, congressional oversight, recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions and more with John Willis, executive in residence in the College of Public Affairs.
