What you'll learn:
As a business major, you will learn core elements of business, such as accounting, economics, finance, information systems, management and marketing. The human resource management specialization includes extensive instruction in:
• human resource allocation • employee selection and development • employee and labor relations • compensation and performance evaluation • management consulting.
Classroom courses are offered to full-time and part-time students during the day and in the evening; many courses are also offered online.
If you qualify, you’ll have the opportunity to select the Law School Early Entry Option, which allows you to count the successful completion of your first year of law school at the UB School of Law as the final year of your undergraduate study. For more information, visit www.ubalt.edu/prelaw.

As a qualified student, you can take advantage of our Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Option. Apply up to 9 graduate credits (three classes, typically) to both your undergraduate degree in business administration and your UB/Towson M.B.A., your M.S. in Accounting and Business Advisory Services or your M.S. in Business-Finance.
