Join us as we welcome 50-70 second grade students from Mt. Royal Elementary/Middle School to our campus this year! We're excited to host as these students Trick or Treat across campus from 9:30 - 11:30am. Afterward, volunteers will guide their groups to the Bogomolny Room on the 5th floor of the Student Center for a pizza party until 2pm!
Register here: https://ubalt.givepulse.com/event/487964-mt-royal-trick-or-treatIn preparation, we are looking for at least 10 volunteers to prepare and escort student groups and chaperones around campus to the participating offices and an additional 3 volunteers to prepare the Bogomolny Room. If you're only able to attend for the first half or the second half, feel free to register anyway and email Atom Zerfas at fzerfas@ubalt.edu so that accommodations can be made.
If your office or department is interested in participating, you may register through the Daily Digest link or email engagement@ubalt.edu for the registration by Friday, Oct 18. We ask you to decorate your office in a spooky-fun Halloween theme and provide treats for 50-70 students. You can expect students to come in groups of 8-12. - Contact Name:
