Please join the University of Baltimore School of Law for a conversation between Federal Judge Danny J. Boggs and UB Law Professor Garrett Epps. Judge Boggs was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit by President Reagan in 1986 and served as chief judge of that court from 2003 to 2009. UB Law Professor Elizabeth Samuels will moderate the discussion, which will focus on the consideration of race in the college admissions process.
