"What kinds of people do we want to join our workforce?"

The answer is one of the most important decisions UB can make.

Questions about recruitment and employment?

Patrice Mason

The workplace is progressively impacted by the speed of change. One way we set ourselves apart is by hiring the right people, for the right jobs, at the right time. Careful and thoughtful attention is a must when our leaders identify, assess and hire talented individuals to continue the mission and achieve the vision of UB.

When faced with a workforce need, UB hiring managers consider how work is being performed and whether the environment would benefit from work re-design. This important first decision ensures UB acquires the right kind of talent for today and the future.

We then take a multi-step approach beginning with evaluating current staffing needs.
