The guidelines represent best practices in communication and in information sharing and help to ensure the University's stationery—which represents the institution to its recipients—meets professional standards. They also help present a consistent image University-wide, enhancing and strengthening the University of Baltimore brand.
The Office of University Relations has developed a set of guidelines for how information should appear on University employee and student business cards and on University letterhead and envelopes. These guidelines are shared with our printing vendor as a resource to facilitate efficiency in processing stationery orders.
