The panel discussion, featuring constitutional law scholars from the UBalt School of Law, will take place in the Moot Courtroom of the Angelos Law Center, 1401 N. Charles St., Baltimore, on Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The event is open to the public. Register for the event.
