Rosenberg Professor of Government, Business and Nonprofit Partnerships, University of BaltimorePolls rank voters’ concerns about changes in their health insurance among the most important issues in the upcoming electoral season. Candidates’ positions span a wide spectrum with varying support from the status quo of employer-provided private insurance to Medicare for All to a private option. The differences among them are not well understood and some are simply not feasible.
Join academic, public- and private-sector experts for an interactive and in-depth discussion of health insurance policy alternatives. Panelists will frame the issues, identify key opportunities and threats and offer insights into lessons learned and next steps.
A question-and-answer session with the audience will follow.
