Join the Center for Medicine and Law for "Who Owns the Rights to Your DNA? A discussion of AMP v. Myriad Genetics, to be argued in the U.S. Supreme Court on April 15, 2013.

The event will include an introduction by Gregory Dolin, associate professor of law; co-director of the University of Baltimore School of Law's Center for Medicine and the Law, and the panel discussion will be moderated by William Hubbard, assistant professor of law.

The panelists are:

  • Daniel Ravicher, Executive Director, Public Patent Foundation
  • Hans Sauer, Ph.D., Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property,
    The Biotechnology Industry Organization

Lunch will follow in the Business School Atrium.

This event is presented by the University of Baltimore School of Law, John Hopkins Medicine and the University of Baltimore's Intellectual Property Law Society.
