Monthly Student Employee Training
Student employee training sessions are a professional development opportunity for University of Baltimore student employees to learn strategies to excel in their role. One-hour sessions on a variety of subjects are offered once-a-month from September through November and February through April with different time options to accommodate schedules. Trainings are on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of spaces.

Diversity: What does it really mean? Explore the definition, benefits and value of diversity and cultural awareness in the workplace. Gain tools to communicate effectively with people from other cultures.
