UB promotes individual and organizational growth and success by creating a strengths-based environment in which everyone is encouraged to know and apply their talents. Using the Clifton StrengthsFinder, an assessment tool designed to help maximize one's potential, you can identify and capitalize on what you do best in the classroom, at home and on the job.
Students, staff, faculty and alumni are all welcome to request a code to take the assessment and are encouraged to attend a follow-up StrengthsQuest Introductory Workshop to learn how to use the results.
You can R.S.V.P. for one of the workshops, but be sure you have requested your code first by submitting this form unless you already have taken the assessment. You will need to bring a printout of your Top 5 Signature Theme Report to the session.
