Join the Center for International and Comparative Law for a Stead Seminar titled, "European Union Law: A tool or a limit for the implementation of international obligations by Member States?" Professor Cesare Pitea, senior researcher and assistant professor of international law with the law department of the University of Parma, will give the seminar. Professor Pitea holds a Ph.D. in international law from the University of Milan and an LL.M from the University of London – School of Oriental and African Studies.
Lunch will be provided. This event is co-sponsored by the University of Baltimore School of Law's Faculty Research and Development Committee. Please R.S.V.P. to Laurie Schnitzer by noon on Thursday, April 3.
