When:
Location:
John and Frances Angelos Law Center
Room:
AL 202
Description:

Attorney David Bolgiano, J.D. ’88, a former police officer and soldier, will discuss the dynamics of human behavior under stress, focusing specifically on how police officers make decisions – good and bad – and how the law considers these dynamics when assessing criminal and civil liability.

Bolgiano has had experience with the use of deadly force both as a police officer in the United States and as a member of the coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, and brings a unique perspective to the issue as a tactician and an attorney.
