You are invited to join the Student Events Board at the bi-annual Block Party – the largest fundraiser for student organizations at UB - on April 16th, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., on Gordon Plaza.
This year’s Block Party is themed Carnival. One change for this year, is that the majority of money collected from food (75%) and games (75% to the operating organization) will be distributed to the student organizations participating (excluding SEB, SGA, and SBA)
In essence, the more you spend at Block Party, the more the student organizations benefit, so come out and have some fun while supporting the many organizations at UB.
Pricing:
Individual Game Tickets $1.00
Individual Meal Ticket $7.00 – Meal is provided by Famous Dave’s BBQ
Ticket Package $15.00 (includes 1 meal ticket, 5 game tickets, and official Block Party T-Shirt)
Beer Sales - $2.00 per beverage – limited to 4 per person, must be consumed within the defined Beer Garden, must be 21 and over. *Please see SEB Booth for rules and regulations pertaining to alcohol sales
All tickets must be purchased from the SEB Booth, and are non-refundable. This is a cash only event, if needed, ATMs are located inside the Academic Center and the Student Center.
