The University of Baltimore's second annual Experiential Learning Showcase—an opportunity for students to share their research, project-based learning activities, and internship and service-learning experiences—will take place on Thursday, Feb. 11 beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Bogomolny Room in the UB Student Center, 21 W. Mt. Royal Ave.

The showcase consists of 10-minute presentations by students to peers, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni. It is sponsored by the Career and Professional Development Center, the Helen P. Denit Honors Program, the Office of Alumni Relations, the Rosenberg Center for Student Involvement, and the Office of Academic Innovation.

Marie Van Deusen, J.D. '89, senior vice president of the Ilex Group at Morgan Stanley and a member of the University of Baltimore Foundation's Board of Directors, will provide a keynote address at 12:45 p.m. An alumni panel discussion, featuring Julia Branco, B.A., '14; Adnan Hameed, B.S., '14, and Carol Roberts, B.S. '07, M.P.A., '10, will take place at 1 p.m. Darien Ripple, experiential program manager, will deliver opening remarks at 10:30 a.m.
