The National Leadership Honor Society
ODK® is the National Leadership Honor Society. In over 100 years, ODK has recognized the great works of students on college campuses nationwide, both in the areas of scholarship, leadership and community service.
We initiate new members each Fall and Spring. We receive nearly 100 applications each semester. National requirements prohibit us from selecting more than 5% of our total, full-time undergraduate population. We initiate about 25% of applicants each semester.
The ODK Circle at UB is committed to service and engagement at UB and in the community. Stay tuned for information about ODK events and activities this semester!
