In the Spring and Summer of 2009 the former Undergraduate Student Senate (USS) and Graduate Student Senate (GSS) merged to become one governing body: The University of Baltimore Student Council. UBSC serves as the primary representative body for all undergraduate and graduate students, providing an official channel of communication between students, faculty, staff, and administration. It serves as a forum for the expression of students' concerns. UBSC supports the operations of Undergraduate and Graduate organizations and aims to provide an avenue for professional growth and participation in the UB community through its programs and partnerships.
