Transfer Orientation

This is where you start.

Fall 2014 orientation information is coming soon.

This orientation is designed for you. During the day-long event, you will:

  • learn more about campus facilities (and where to go for what)
  • get a feel for your academic requirements
  • explore student services
  • get to know your classmates
  • meet UB faculty, staff and other students.

The University of Baltimore is so excited to welcome you to its campus. University offices and centers will be open for you to stop by and ask questions, and you can take a tour of the campus at the end of the day.

Some students may be exempt from placement exams under certain conditions, so check with your academic adviser for details.

Please note: A photo ID is required for all placement tests, so make sure you bring it with you.

  • Directions and Parking

Orientation begins in the UB Student Center (No. 8 on the campus map).

Discounted parking is available at the Fitzgerald Garage (No. 19 on the campus map). Hang on to your parking ticket when you arrive (this is important!). At the end of the day, we'll provide you with a parking voucher, which will discount your parking rate to $7.
