The Intramural Program is looking for enthusiastic leaders who will supervise all IM programs. Responsibilities may include hiring and training sport officials, scheduling supervisors and working with all staff to make the Intramural experience safe, fun and productive for everyone.
The Intramural Sports Program is looking for students to officiate various Intramural sports games throughout the year. Officials will be responsible for enforcing UB intramural policies and game rules.
The Intramural Sports Program is looking for students to maintain score and time for various intramural sport games throughout the year. Experience is not necessary but is highly preferred.
Campus Recreation and Wellness is looking for hardworking, energetic students to assist with intramural programming. Intramural supervisors help create and implement intramural leagues, tournaments and activities.
Sport Clubs Supervisor
Sport Clubs Supervisors assist with the development of all Sport Clubs policies and regulations, keep and coordinate master calendar of all sport club calendar events and meetings and promoting and recruiting sport club members.
Supervisors play an important role in all back office processes. They are responsible for maintaining all department processes including equipment inventory, statistics, facility reports, training documents, and locker room registration.
Campus Recreation and Wellness are looking for friendly, hardworking, energetic students to fill positions as facility managers. Facility managers are responsible for facility operations.
Student Liaisons are the face of the University of Baltimore's Recreation and Student Centers. They are responsible for managing all front desk operations.
GAA Facilities (Recreation Center)
The Graduate Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist in the overall administration of the Recreation Center. They will serve to supervise student facility staff, create an environment to engage both personal and professional development, and maintain all facility processes put in place.

The Graduate Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist in the overall administration of the Student Center. GAA Facilities (Training, Technology and Student Development)
The Graduate Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist in the overall administration of training documentation and student development for Campus Recreation and Wellness. They will serve to emphasize development opportunities for student staff and focus on ongoing training for existing staff as well as implement new technologies and maintain existing technologies.
The Graduate Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the planning and implementation of campus alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) programming and assist in the delivery and establishment of educational services surrounding the Six Dimensions of Wellness. Education will be targeted to all students, faculty and staff, and with specific programs designed for entering students, upper class students, and specific student cohorts. The GAA is responsible for utilizing best practices in prevention education to promote harm reduction strategies surrounding alcohol and increasing campus awareness of physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional and environmental opportunities on campus to improve overall wellness. The GAA will also complete special projects to advance the work of the Wellness Center.
Graphic Designers produce visual solutions to the communication needs of CRW, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages, and understand material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
Marketing and Special Events Manager
Marketing and Special Events Managers are responsible for managing and updating production calendars as well as CRW social media outlets. Managers also serve to check publications for grammar and adherence to UB's style guide.
