UB Welcomes New Faculty in All Four of Its Schools

The University of Baltimore has announced the appointment of 20 new faculty members, teaching in a variety of disciplines in the School of Law, the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences, the Merrick School of Business, the College of Public Affairs and Langsdale Library. These new educators will challenge and inspire students in UB's undergraduate, graduate and pre-professional classes.
"I want to welcome all of our new faculty to the University, as colleagues and as the people who most inspire our students to achieve greatness," said UB President Kurt L. Schmoke. "The UB community is happy to have these new folks on board, and we look forward to supporting their work in teaching and scholarship."
The Merrick School of Business welcomes the following new faculty members:
- Albert J. Hannan, lecturer
- Sheela Pandey, visiting assistant professor
- Praneet Randhawa, assistant professor
- Shaya Sheikh, visiting assistant professor
The College of Public Affairs welcomes the following new faculty members:
- Sezgin Ayabakan, assistant professor
- Tina DiFranco, professor of the practice
- Jennica Larrison, assistant professor
- Charles Tumosa, professor of the practice
- Aaron Wachhaus, assistant professor
The School of Law welcomes the following new faculty members:
- Jennifer Kim, visiting assistant professor
- Allison Korn, clinical fellow, Bronfein Family Law Clinic
- Hugh McClean, visiting assistant professor; director, The Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic
- Emily Torstveit Ngara,clinical fellow, Immigrant Rights Clinic
- Adeen Postar, director, Law Library
- Natalie Ram, assistant professor
- Matiangai Sirleaf, assistant professor
The Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences welcomes the following new faculty members:
- Meade Eggleston, director of the The Bob Parsons Veterans Psychology Clinic and clinical assistant professor
- Djiby Fall, lecturer
- Michael Frederick, assistant professor
- Todd Harper, lecturer
- Rebecca Thompson, assistant professor
Langsdale Library welcomes the following new faculty member:
- Siobhan Hagan, audiovisual archivist
