Performance Evaluation of Faculty - UB

University of Baltimore 1.4.2.

The University of Baltimore requires an annual written evaluation of the performance of each full-time faculty member. Each of the three colleges--Liberal Arts, Business and Law--has developed its own system. The three basic components of evaluations are self-evaluation, peer evaluation, and student evaluation. The faculty member is given the opportunity to see his/her composite written reply, which becomes a part of the evaluation.

A summary of the policies and procedures for each school follows.
