The Student Assistance Program (SAP) provides you with free, confidential, accessible support to manage life's challenges and stay healthy and safe while at UBalt.
Contact the SAP to receive support from a Student Care Coordinator, who is a master's-level clinician. This Care Coordinator will confidentially assess your challenge, assist with any emergencies and connect you with the appropriate resources. The Care Coordinator then becomes your personal point of contact and will keep in touch to ensure you are able to navigate all aspects of your life successfully. The Care Coordinator will work to provide students with up to five individual counseling or mental health service sessions and help connect students with other options if long term support is needed.
