Follow these procedures if you are a UBalt student who wishes to take courses at another campus or a visiting student who would like to take courses at UBalt through one of our collaborative programs.

Applicants who wish to enroll in courses for personal enrichment, for professional development or as preparation for graduate study may be admitted to the University as nondegree students.

Undergraduate nondegree students may take a maximum of 9 credits per semester, not to exceed a total of 30 credits at the University of Baltimore.

Graduate nondegree students should check with individual programs before submitting an application to be sure that nondegree students are permitted to register for courses in a program and space is available. Nondegree students may only take 6 credit hours in this status.

A visiting student is one who is currently enrolled at another institution but wishes to register for courses at the University of Baltimore and to have final grades transferred to count toward a degree at their home institution.
