join us on campus!

We’re excited to welcome your group to The University of Baltimore! Before your visit, be sure to review our group guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Group Tour Guidelines

  • Group visits are available for high school students (grades 9-12), transfer student groups, and adult groups.

  • We can accommodate up to 40 people, including students and chaperones. A minimum of one chaperone is required for every 10 students.

  • If you have fewer than 10 students, please register for a standard weekly campus tour.

  • Group visits are available on select weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the academic year, and throughout the summer. Please note, tours are not available on weekends or when the University is closed.
  • Each visit includes a brief information session followed by a guided tour of our city campus. Visiting students will also be asked to complete an inquiry card.

  • Tours last approximately one hour.
  • Groups are welcome to bring lunch or have meals delivered from local restaurants to campus. Meals will be at the group’s expense.
  • If your group plans to eat on campus, please let us know at least two weeks in advance. We offer several indoor and outdoor dining options, but accommodations are not guaranteed if your request is made less than two weeks before the visit.
  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. Late arrivals may result in a shortened information session or tour.
  • Groups are responsible for their own transportation.
  • For buses:
    • Drop-off is located at 21 W. Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201.
    • After drop-off, the bus must park at Fitzgerald Garage, 80 W. Oliver St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
    • Note: Most buses won’t fit inside the garage, so please direct your bus driver to park in the pull-off area just before the garage.
  • View more ways to travel to our campus.

Before submitting your request, please ensure you have the necessary approvals, transportation, and chaperones in place.

  • Requests should be made at least four weeks in advance.
  • Group tours are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee group tour requests. Your visit will be confirmed only after a representative from the Office of Admission contacts the designated contact person on your request form.

Groups with flexible dates have a higher chance of securing a tour.

The person submitting the request must accompany the group on the tour.
