Please fill in all the required fields on the Alumni Bee Card Request Form. Once submitted, the Office of Alumni Relations will validate your alumni status and work with the Campus Card Office to create your card. You will be notified when your card is ready and given further instructions.

Your alumni bee card will be mailed to the address listed above within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Your first alumni bee card is free of charge. If you lose or misplace your card, you will be charged a replacement fee of $20.
