Careers often require additional education to move ahead, but not everyone has the time and resources to earn more degrees. That's where this 12-credit graduate certificate program comes in.
While this is an independent program of study, this project-oriented certificate can facilitate the transition to further study through UBalt's M.S. in Interaction Design and Information Architecture program.
The Certificate in User Experience (UX) Design program emphasizes interaction design, information architecture and usability analysis.
You'll learn how to:
- create pathways through an information space
- promote a user experience that balances the goals of businesses, the demands of content and the needs of users
- become familiar with requirements analysis, information design and delivery, usability testing and Web-based application development
- develop, design, produce and manage a range of electronic information resources.
Classes are offered evenings and weekends, and some courses are offered online.
