As director of DEIB at UBalt Law, Cirino leads strategic initiatives that enhance
the experiences of students, faculty, staff and alumni. He collaborates with university
stakeholders and leadership to advance policies, procedures and programs that drive
sense of belonging, professional and leadership development, and equitable learning
environments.
Before joining UBalt Law, Cirino built a career in academia and the music industry.
At the University of the Arts, he developed measurable frameworks and initiatives,
launched Inclusive Philly to amplify voices, and partnered with community organizations
to create meaningful impact, earning recognition from NPR. He was honored with the
President’s Distinguished Teaching Award in 2021 for his excellence in education.
Before academia, Cirino spent seven years at Sony Music Entertainment/Red Distribution,
where he played a pivotal role in releasing multiple platinum and gold records. As
the founder of Future Management, he spearheaded the release of eight Billboard-charting
albums and provided industry insights on platforms such as CNBC, discussing the rise
of Spotify.
Known for building strong partnerships and focusing on practical solutions, Cirino
is passionate about fostering environments where people feel valued and can succeed
together. His leadership blends experience, empathy, and a commitment to making a
lasting impact
