The University of Baltimore School of Law offers a comprehensive curriculum to prepare students to practice in all areas of intellectual property and technology law. The School of Law also offers a concentration that provides advanced training in intellectual property law. CLIPT also recommends that students interested in Technology Law pursue the following curriculum.

 

In addition, the School of Law offers students opportunities to participate in trial teams related to intellectual property, and The Center for the Law of Intellectual Property and Technology supports the work of the student-run Intellectual Property Law Society.

 

New in 2020 is the Legal Data & Design Clinic, in which students engage in "digital advocacy," applying technology and principles of data and design to solve real-world legal problems.
