The Bob Parsons Veterans Center is located in the Student Center, Room 303.
The Bob Parsons Veterans Center acts as a hub for military and veteran students to connect with each other, have their questions answered and find assistance navigating the University. Additionally, UBalt provides military and veteran students with a spectrum of support, including career skills development, mental health counseling, a flourishing military student organization, and academic coaching and tutoring services.
Visit our Military and Veterans Benefits page for details about processing your educational benefits at UBalt. All new students are HIGHLY encouraged to contact our School Certifying Official by emailing veterans@ubalt.edu or visiting the Office of Financial Aid. Another resource is UBalt's Bob Parsons Veterans Center. You can email the Director at veteranscenter@ubalt.edu.
To learn more, you can read through our National Guard Tuition Policy.
Tuition Assistance (TA) is processed as third-party billing through the University Bursar's Office. For more details on how to apply your TA, visit the Military and Third-Party Billing website.
After your initial enrollment and certification, only the Semester Enrollment Form should be submitted to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs certifying officials each semester.

UBalt students can participate in ROTC through our partnership with The Johns Hopkins University. The program covers 100% of your college tuition in exchange for your participation. Upon graduation, you'll be commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army.
The Office of Records and Registration can answer questions about transferring credit from other colleges and universities, prior military education, and examination programs.
If your Semester Enrollment Form has been submitted on time to the Office of Records and Registration, UBalt will place an indicator on your account to ensure you’re not removed from classes while waiting for payment from the VA.
Please contact our VA certifying officials at veterans@ubalt.edu. Generally, benefits must be registered with your home institution's certifying official, who will provide you with a guest letter to bring to the second institution.
