Student Entrepreneurs to 'Bring Out Your Best' Business Ideas
Are you an entrepreneur? Have you dreamed of starting or do you run your own company? Or are you simply interested in supporting the growth of entrepreneurship in Baltimore?
Then you should plan to attend the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation's “Startup Maryland Day” Celebration to meet, learn from, and cheer on some of the area's most promising and successful business leaders.
Now in its 10th year, Startup Maryland's "Pitch Across Maryland" bus tour will stop at the University of Baltimore for an afternoon of events, including informational sessions and a business pitch showcase, on Thursday, September 29.
Held in UBalt’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (BC 104), from 2 pm - 6 pm , and open to the public, UBalt’s "Pitch Across Maryland" event will include:
When the the big yellow bus arrives on campus, it's the start of a celebration of entrepreneurship and innovation. Our students pitch their ideas to the University's entrepreneurial experts, and then again for the judges on the bus. It’s a lot of work but they are up for the challenge.
