Beta Alpha Psi is an international honor society that encourages and recognizes academic and professional excellence in the financial information fields. This includes: accounting, finance, data analytics, and information systems and technology fields.
Beta Alpha Psi is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals.
The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic
and professional excellence in the business information field.
Beta Alpha Psi is also recognized by The Rosenberg Center for Student Engagement and Inclusion as a student organization/club.

Iota Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi are
among the great students of the Merrick School of Business at The University of Baltimore.
Our chapter has a
history with alumni who are now firm partners, corporation executives, and industry
leaders.
Beta Alpha Psi holds its candidates and members to a high standard. Candidates must
have an
overall GPA of a 3.0 or higher and have earned an average of 3.0 or higher in upper-level
major
courses.
