Alumni Reception A celebration for students, guests, faculty and staff immediately following each ceremony in the Angelos Law Center. This is sponsored by The University of Baltimore Office of Alumni Relations. |

Deadline to Apply to Graduate with Records and Registration for those wishing to Participate in the Commencement Ceremony

Summer & Fall 2024 Graduates: Apply by Sept. 3 to avoid a late fee with Records and Registration. Spring 2025 Graduates: Apply by Feb. 3 to avoid a late fee with Records and Registration. Any students that apply for graduation after Apr. 4 are still eligible to participate in Commencement if approved through Records & Registration. However, these students who apply late will not be listed in the program that is printed and handed out at Commencement. |
Complete a Commencement Appeal to Participate
Please note that those approved to participate in an earlier ceremony should not yet apply to Graduate with Records and Registration as explained above until the semester that they are taking their final courses. |

Grad Fest including Commencement Cap & Gown Photos
Planning to participate in the Spring 2025 Commencement, or just want to get ready to celebrate?
Grad Fest is a celebration of graduates that is held each semester that includes food, giveaways, graduate photos from GradImages (cap and gown supplied for the photos) as well as tablinjg from the regalia vendor and various campus departments. Sign up on Bee Involved as soon as registration opens. Walk ups welcome if spots allow.

Tickets Available to Claim Online Via Marching Order With Unique E-mail Invitation The UBalt.edu email address is used for logging in and accessing tickets on ubalt.marchingorder.com. Learn more about commencement tickets here.

Mar. 11-May 11* *Tickets are not guaranteed after this date. There will be an initial allotment of tickets and extra ticket disbursement is not guaranteed. These decisions are based on current health and safety protocols, venue capacity, and number of participating graduates. All guests entering the venue, including children, need to present a ticket. This includes children or infants of any age. |

Commencement Regalia (Cap and Gown) Available for Purchase
Request reduced price regalia (Bachelor and Master students only). The request for reduced price regalia form will be open in the spring semester. The form will stay open until all regalia is claimed. Students will be emailed if they have recieved reduced price regalia with instructions to claim. |
Dec. 2-Apr. 6: Ship to Store in store pick up (May 12 & 13) Purchase regalia online by Apr. 12 for ship to store pick up on May 12 & 13 or by Apr. 23 for ship to home to ensure that you are receiving the correct regalia on time. Regalia purchased ship to home will be mailed to you after purchase. All doctorate regalia must be purchased online.Plan accordingly! If you want regalia PRIOR to the in store pick up dates in May, please select SHIP TO HOME. If you miss the deadline to order online, there will be a limited number of extras available for purchase at the Campus Bookstore: The Hive, 21 W. Mount Royal Ave., Baltimore, MD 21201 during distribution on May 12 & 13. They will be available on a first come first serve basis. We cannot hold product, and we will not be able to guarantee to have what you need. Cords and stoles for student or national organizations are handled by the individual honors organizations. |
