Workforce Need

Maryland is one of the top employing regions for forensic science investigators in the U.S., with the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area ranking fourth in the country. Forensic investigators may seek employment in local, state and federal governments, corporate and private businesses, financial institutions, hospitals, schools and non-profit organizations. But the increased demand for hires in the area of computer and digital forensic investigation surpasses the current capacity of qualified workers.

Our Bachelor of Science in Cyber Forensics program—which is supported by the state's multi-million dollar Workforce Development Initiative—fills a significant gap in cyber forensics undergraduate education in Maryland.

Complete your degree entirely online

We offer flexible options for completing your B.S. in Cyber Forensics degree requirements.
